Presentations keyboard shortcuts

You can use shortcut keys to perform tasks in presentations. All shortcuts are valid on Windows operating systems. On Mac OS, press Command instead of Ctrl.

Navigate to the next slide or move the selected objects down when the focus is on the editing area or the slide sorter area. Down arrow
Navigate to the previous slide or move the selected objects up when the focus is on the editing area or the slide sorter area. Up arrow
Navigate to the previous slide or move the selected objects left when the focus is on the editing area or the slide sorter area. Left arrow
Navigate to the next slide or move the selected objects right when the focus is on the editing area or the slide sorter area. Right arrow
Navigate to the first slide Home
Navigate to the last slide End
Navigate to the previous slide Page Up
Navigate to the next slide Page Down
Navigate between the tab list Ctrl+Tab or Right or left arrow (when the focus is on the tab list)
Navigate to the menu bar Alt+Shift+F
Navigate between menu bar items when the focus is on the menu bar. Right or left arrow
Note: If the menu bar item includes a submenu bar, the right arrow opens the submenu bar, and the left arrow returns to parent menu bar.
Navigate up and down the sub items within a menu bar when the focus is on the menu or submenu bar. Up or down arrow
Navigate to the toolbar Alt+F10

Navigate to the editing area, the slide sorter area, or the sidebar Shift+F2

Note: When the cursor is in the last cell of a table, the Tab key adds a new row to the table.

Open or close the Slides panel or Comments panel when the focus is on the Comments or Slides title on the sidebar. The Spacebar
