# LN function

LN returns the natural logarithm based on the constant e of a number. The constant e has a value of approximately 2.71828182845904.

## Syntax

LN (`number`)

`number` is
the value whose natural logarithm is to be calculated.

## Example

`=LN(3)` returns
returns the natural logarithm of 3 (approximately `1.0986`).

`=LN(EXP(321))` returns `321`.
