Moving and resizing charts in spreadsheets

Move and resize charts in spreadsheets by dragging.

Procedure

  1. Click the chart to select it.
  2. To move the chart, move the mouse pointer inside the chart’s border until you see a cross-hair, and drag.
  3. To resize the chart, move the mouse pointer over the chart’s border until you see a double-sided arrow, and drag.
    Tip: You can resize the chart proportionately by dragging from the beginning or end of the chart.

  • You can also co-edit charts with others.
  • IBM® Connections Docs supports auto-rotation of chart labels only in .xls files imported from Microsoft Excel 2003.
