Customizing the community layout

To maximize impact of your community, you can customize the layout and the positioning of apps and their titles on the community Overview page.

• To change the layout on the community Overview page, take the following steps:
  1. From the community Overview page, select Community Actions > Change Layout
  2. Select a new layout for the community Overview page, for example 3 Columns with banner.
• To change the positioning of community apps on the Overview page, select an app and drag it into another layout area.
  Note: If the target area cannot display the app, an error message is shown.
• To change the title of an app, take the following steps:
  1. On the app whose title you want to change, select Actions > Change Title. For example, you can change the title of the Ideation Blog app to Team Ideas
  2. Enter a new title for the app and select Save.
